A precise, clear cut and sharp identity was designed for a master diamond setter. Metallic ink was used to evoke the sparkle of the finished product.

Promotional rebrand

Bloch, the dance wear specialists, required a complete overhaul of their acquired Mirella brand. Gibbs Design developed creative strategy based upon the ‘body beautiful’, the graceful poses of elite dancers modelling the newly designed apparel.

Keeping the design premium, clean and minimalist allowed for the superior clothing to speak for itself. The branding enveloped the website, publication and point of sale material.

It encompasses everything from typography and colour; to imagery and layout; to the clear and consistent promise that’s made to their advisers; to the way they inform and inspire their own people; right through to the consumer and industry conversation they have in the marketplace.

The visual brand style created reflects the clean, clear, consistent, honest, supportive, fresh and professional nature of the brand.

Looking to the past to grow in the future, a modern identity was designed referencing ancient fertility symbols, the nurturing womb and the doctor's stethoscope to communicate the nature of Dr Warren Chan’s practice – fertility specialist.

Implementing a modern colour palette for the website, corporate photography, stationery and presentation folder, printed on textural uncoated paper heightened the practice’s principles of ‘warm, professional and personal’.

Ensuring the website not only conveyed a ‘story' about Dr Warren Chan’s practice through imagery and text but is also smartphone adaptable in layout for functionality and ease of use. 

Personalised photography combined with stock library images added to the visual impact of the website.

Promotional branding

Requiring a vibrant, colourful and information driven promotional campaign, bold and recognisable visual branding was designed to bring attention to the numerous bush walking tracks in NSW.

A distinguishable brand identity was created by the use of the top and bottom ‘silhouette’ bands running across all marketing material.

Promotional material for a number of IBM campaigns and events, through interactive CD’s and PDF’s to printed invitations, brochures and posters adhering to set IBM brand guidelines.

Ebony kitchen collection brochure

The promotional brochure was designed to reflect the dark and seductive appliances of the Electrolux Ebony kitchen collection.

Celebrating the emerging trend of stylish and sophisticated black gloss appliances used in ‘uber’ futuristic black or highly contrasting, minimalist white kitchens, the brochure set the style and benchmark for future Ebony marketing material.

E:Motion wok set product packaging

‘Premium, sophisticated and minimalist’ were the words used to describe the packaging designed for the E:Motion wok set.

Creating an international brand for a newly developed real estate company in Dubai, UAE allowed for fresh ideas and colour schemes for the particular business industry and region. Highlighting the ‘V’ in Everest Homes, alluding to a roof, as well as the summit of the most recognised mountain in the world, created an endearing, distinguishing and ambitious logo for the brand.

To promote the new product range a kitchen collection brochure was designed to appeal to the modern Australian family highlighting the features that make Westinghouse No.1 in kitchen appliances.

‘Tetsuya cookbook’ promotion

Tetsuya’s exquisitely refined cooking has long attracted devotees from around the globe.

In promoting his cookbook and the Electrolux kitchen appliances he uses, a sales promotional campaign revolving around the premium and sophisticated nature of both parties was launched.
